Cancelling Digiweb?

Hi guys, just wondering I am going to change from digiweb to UPC, as i find digiweb to be a joke with their monthly usage, what is the best way to cancel without running into charges etc, my 1 year contract with digiweb is now expired, i plan on changing to the 25MB UPC package
