Points for art portfolio...Is this right?

So the course I want to do (Animation at IADT) requires a portfolio and the points were 695 last year. Does that mean if you got full marks in your portfolio then you would only need 95 points in the leaving?

Yes, but you'd also have to fulfil the minimum entry requirements.
