Hi new to homebrewing this is my second kitand just looking for a bit of advice.

Have just started a sparkling ale this morning, it has been in the fermentor for about 2 1/2 hrs and i have noticed what looks like the spray malt is settling on the bottom edge the fermentor, is this normal or should I go in and stir it up again.

Don't open it up - leave it be. Is it a like a whitish layer on the bottom? If so, you're golden.
