Wildfire S on Three/ Upgrades

Does anyone know if the Wildfire S is available on Three yet? Also i can't seem to find any decent options for upgrades on the site, been with years and when im get the code to check out upgrade offers all i get is a crazy selection of phones at full price with a whopping 10 euro credit
