Short break in Ireland and 13month old

Hi We have a 13month old baby and we were looking at a 2 or 3 night break in Ireland. Was hoping for a 2 bed self catering or a hotel with two rooms- just so that we dont have to go to bed at 7.30pm!!!! All I have seen so far is very expensive self catering or hotels with one room, any one got any suggestions? thanks
