Vodafone, ZYXel router keeps timing out

So, we were a Cynergi customer for a long time. (Previously known as Imagine) However, the slow 1MB broadband (100KB ps download speed), wasn't really enough. So, the connection kinda messed up, and turns out we needed a new router which we got from Cynergi, and shortly after that we switched to Vodafone. We didn't take the offer off a router from Voda, because it would seem kinda pointless, although I'm not sure if its whats causing my issue.

The connection keeps timing out whenever 2+ people are using it, and the odd time with just 1. I usually use ethernet, while my brother connects wirelessly.
According to their FAQ, to fix it, one would need to access the router configuration, and select 'Keep a nailed up connection', presuming it was on 'Connect on demand' with a set timeout.

There was no option to keep a nailed up connection, but there was one that said 'Keep alive' which I assume is same thing, but it was already by default on that setting.

    Any suggestions?

"Keep Alive" is the same setting as "Connect On Demand".

What are your line stats? You should be able to access these on the status page when you log into the modem.

    Close.
The numbers we'd need would be the SNR, or the Downstream Attenuation. Take a screengrab of all those stats.

Something about my downstream speed here, sorry, I have some knowledge on tech, but its not very extensive.

Ah, wait, this looks more like it:
