Thinking about starting counselling

    Hi there,

I lost my husband 16 months ago very suddenly. I've been thinking about going for counselling lately, but I don't know where to start. I have gone for counselling before (about something else) and it just made me uncomfortable, I didn't feel any benefit whatsoever, but I'm willing to try it again.

Does anyone know of a good service, either in Dublin or Laois, that has helped them? Cost is another factor, I really can't afford it at present, so if anyone knows of any sort of schemes (I don't even know if they exist!) could they let me know?

Thanks, and I'm sorry to each and every one of you for your losses xx
