If my figures are correct it would appear the PB fund is now about 3,223,360,000 Euro as of the end of November 17,
Which means at the moment there are about 515,737,00 bonds.

During November I reckon the PB fund grew by 17,680,000 Euro,
Which means there will be an extra 2,828,800 bonds in each draw during December compared to November.

I would estimate that on average there was a net growth in the PB fund of 768,695 Euro for each working day during October.

July's growth 2017 was amazing - maybe (4) Lotto millionaires put their million(s) in. No wonder I got my couple of €50s in July - then the prizes dropped from 7000+ to 4000+.

I feel a bit sorry for the holders of 515,732,811 bonds who won't get a prize next Friday. I am going to contact the Prize Bond Company on their behalf to make sure they all get a prize the week after.

Excuse my ignorance but you invested 25k in 2011 and have only gotten back about €2300? How is this worth it? Im surely missing something.

I think the only benefit of this 'investment' is that you have no risk of losing your initial money, but the return is so weak that I don't see any point in it. You'd do better with a 2% bank account.

I see the unluckiest county in Ireland actually won the €50,000 euro this week, yes Co Fermanagh regularly has zero wins, so maybe Killorglin was feeling guilty and sent the €50,000 north, it's a loooooong time since a big prize crossed the border.
