Geography - FACTORS?

I know its all go with english atm but could someone let me know what are the best factors to use in regional geography?? my essays are pretty vague and i would struggle to get 15 srps on them as there are srp's on many factors. im thinking of using soils and climate for physical factors and workforce and infrastructure…
