I know of one decent one already, but I am wondering if people can recommend any other catering companies in the Galway area that would cater for drinks and nibbles for approx 50 people in an outdoor setting?

    Thanks:)

I was at a wedding she catered a few weeks ago and the food was excellent. The roast beef and salmon that she provided were cooked beautifully, not an easy thing to carry off when serving in a tent! Salads were delicious and unusual in some cases. Try her sweet potato salad.

Cava (the Dominick street restaurant) also do catering. I've never experienced it though, but if it's like the restaurant it'll be good. I've heard that they're somewhat pricey though, but just something I heard - def not gospel.

Make sure the caterer provides all dishes, glasses etc and will take them away straight afterwards.

"Rent A Cook" in Liosban Industrial Estate. She cooked for my b'day party a few years ago and has also supplied the food for a good friend of mine recently. Very versatile and friendly, highly recommended :)
