the term celebrity has become a real joke. my definition of a celeb would be a clooney or a jolie. none of the people on this show are anything close to being a celebrity.

I switched channels during the break and when i popped back There was a girl getting her make-up done... I was thinking whos this... It was Rosanna Davidson WITHOUT WAR PAINT, I swear to god, i was like who the F is that? Took me a few seconds then i put 2 and 2 together, was like no way! OMFG

Some ''celebs'' in a ''salon'' (or a room with some chairs and beauty products), and ''clients'' who don't look like they're not acting at all.

This barely passes as reality tv.

Celebrity Salon is by far the worst television I have seen in as long as I can remember. Is this the best TV3 can come up with? It's shamefull stuff.
One point, Rosanna Davidson recently won her court case against Ryanair for insinuating she was racist, xenophobic and for defamation of character. I thought fair play to her when she won the case.... then I saw a portion of last nights show and my opinion of her totally changed within the 5 minutes. Rosanna joined in on banter shouting 'taytos' when one of the other "celeb" airheads was giving the Irish famine a bashing. I personally don't find such a tragic part of Irish history funny... and then nearly fell off her chair laughing when she regaled her celeb house mates with a story of a friend of her brother who had an orgy with a couple of Thai prostitutes. Does this not in some way contradict her defence in her court case? I bet her conduct would have been called into question if the Ryanair case was still active.
I'm not saying Rosanna is racist or xenophobic at all. What I am pi$$ed off about is how she can win €80,000 in a court case and then go on national television and act like she did last night... surely a PR nightmare!
