UPC Thompson router and Adverts website ???

Having an issue that's bugging the bejesus out of me. on 50mb with UPC with the new Thompson modem/router. When accessing the adverts website, no thumbnail pics show for any of the ads on either iPhone or iPad.... If I disable the Thompson firewall, there is no problem. I'm sure there is a simple fix, anyone??
