Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just moved 4 weeks ago into an apartment in a 3 floor complex (1 block has 2 duplex 2 ground floor apartments)

we discovered there were satellite sockets there on the wall we connected our sky HD box and everything worked ok,

today i noticed the channels kept randomly switching to 'no satellite signal being received' but i turned off and on the box and this fixed it.

tonight it got worse and some channels bbc 1 bbc 2 bbc hd, comedycentral...etc are permanently on 'no satellite signal is being received' while others are working perfectly, i tried resetting the LNB but nothing changes.

the weather here is clear and quiet.

    can anybody help?

You will have to get some out to check the signal levels to ensure you are receiving fully signal or if there is a problem. Usually it would cost around €30-50 to call out and check the issue. Depending on what the problem this may also cover the fix. Where are you based ?

Yeah...Seems to Me like it's an LNB problem...Or the dish is out of alignment.

Either way,,you'll need to get someone out to check it.
