what is the name of this evergreen?

    hi guys can any of ye tell me the name of this tree? its an evergreen, grows quiet tall but is quiet narrow and well kempt in width?

    How can I put this tactfully? Oh well, that is a rubbish photo! :D

    Its possibly a cyprus (Cupressus sempervirens), maybe Green Spire, but really its hard to tell.

    Looks more like: Thuja occidentalis 'Smaragd'.

    yeah i thought it could be smaragd or a "sky rocket" (juniper) really want to plant a few in the garden but want to get the right ones! apologies for the pic looksee :p
