N25 Toll Plaza

The toll plaza will now be charging for people to use the bridge during the Tall Ships race even tho Rice Bridge will be closed to all traffic. This is absolutely rediculous. It's the Suir valley railway that goes from Kilmeaden and almost to Waterford,yes it is a norrow gauge railway.
