booking deposit with builder in examinership

I paid a booking deposit to a well known irish builder but that builder has gone into examinership. has anyone else been in the same situation. fionn laoi ballincollig co cork

you gave it to the builder or to the builder's agent?

you shouldn't have given it to the builder but to the agent

was there more to it or were you naieve
