Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

might seem like a stupid thread but anyways.

Ive always had an interest in the acrobatic side of any sport and then saw how much it was incorporated in parkour too.
I am just wondering is there any specific type of warm ups, strecthing, drills etc that needs to be done to get up to the level of performing some of the "stunts" e.g. somersaults, flips etc. Obviuosly these would take years of practice to get to but ya gotta start somehwere i suppose. and can all this be done with out the use of mad gymnasiums with sponge pits an all. I quite a heavy build too but from what ive seen from some people it doesnt seem to matter much if u got the strength and flexability there.

PS like i said.... possible stupid thread :)
