    Hi Guys! I started a project(website) last year, and after hundreds of hours spent on SEO optimization, i finally see the results.
    I do SEO and web design, but i don`t have too many knowledges about programming(php, mysql) and javascript/jquery/ajax .
    I`m looking for someone interested to join this project.
    The website is growing very fast every day and i cannot afford to continue alone.

    Have you considered outsourcing? I hired 4 people last year, some full-time and some as contractors and there was minimum cost involved but it did require a lot of monitoring and management of the outsourcers.
