    anyway, text her tomorrow asking if she wants to go for a drink on [a particular day later on this week]. if she can't, then make sure at least one other day this week doesn't suit you [helps not to look desperate].

    so, let us know tomorrow evening when you are actually meeting her. then, when you do go out, order her a pina colada. it's creamy enough so she won't notice.
