MarkMonitor didn't set clocks back and wrongly accused 300 people of stealing IP

MarkMonitor the company IRMA is using to snoop on Eircom customers forgot to set clocks back and wrongly accused 300 people of stealing IP.

Data Protection Commission is now investigating it and may investigate if the entire method itself is legal.

France similar system was also shown to be riddled with flaws and has been suspended
