Pilates or Yoga classes in Balbriggan - beginners!

    Does anyone know of any Beginners Pilates or Yoga classes in Balbriggan pls?

    I've heard of a Pilates class in Platinum gym but not sure if you need to be a member or not?

    Any suggestions much appreciated :)

    Platinum gym has a few classes a week. The price is included in your membership. Got a leaflet in the door about a 10 week class in the combined clubs. I'm sure I saw it stuck on the notice board of tesco too.
