Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I've a Xoro HRS3000 which can export the channel list as userdb.ssu. I've googled and I think this may be the same format as Triax boxes use however the Triax software can't read the file. I believe the Strong SRT 6200/SRT 6202/SRT 6205 receivers are identical.

Anyone know of any software which will allow me to edit the channel line up? Thanks.

At least we now know now who the OEM of the Triax boxes are.

You are looking for an editor for Strong/Thomson brand. Did you try the clarketech editor with one of the Strongs in that list ?

Once you use that userdb.ssu (the channel list) alone you should be okay - you cant kill the box/wreck the boot loader unless you take down the bootloader/app which is called “Idapp1.ssu”. The worst case scenario is a corrupt channel list which you can overwrite/delete.

What does the king of sat data export to in Strong choices. The same file name would be a sign that one of those strong boxes is the same and okay.
