Pumped Insulation beads

Our house was built back in 2001/2, the builder used pumped insulation beads. When there is any sort of strong wind on the house especially at the back these beads come out from every vent there is in the back of the house with the result that there are thousands of beads all over my back yard. What I want to know is there a way of injecting some sort of bond into the wall now to stop this from happening every year??? Thanks for any replies..

It sounds like your vents don't have liners.

It's an easy enough fix. Remove the inside vent cover fit vent liner and seal around it. The liner should have a gentle slope from the inside down to the outside.
