Recommendations for student hair salon - stripping/dyeing

My Daughter (14) needs her hair stripped and re-dyed. I dont want to spend a fortune, but want a decent job done. Any recommendations for student colourists where there is good supervision?

I would suggest getting a qualified stylist to do this, it'll be expensive (around €160 in House of Colour i think), but its not something i'd want a student stylist doing in my opinion!
If you still want student hairdressers, i would suggest robert chambers off henry street?? Hope this helped!
