    Hey lads,

    I will have a room available in Darling Hbr / Pyrmont from around the 20th June. Room is a good size, currently has 2 single beds in it though will have a double bed at the start of August, plenty of storage space. EDIT: Own Bathroom.

    Apartment is fully furnished, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and has Foxtel and high speed internet. There is secure parking downstairs if required though will cost extra. No hassle parking a bike though. Gym, sauna and 25 metre pool upstairs, close to Coles, 7/11 and everything Darling harbour has to offer. Balcony for smokers.

    Am only looking for 1 person to share with, someone chilled out with a bit of cop on who is clean and will pay the rent on time.

    $300 a week (includes all bills), rent is payable every 2 weeks with a 2 week bond upfront.
