Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So at this stage you should be able to wire the pair into the zone input & the zone will close if the pair is twisted together & open if the pair is separated.

Strange that it's faulty to be honest. Unless it got a bang or something they're extremely reliable. What can happen sometimes is the screw is over tightened which damages the reed.

    Your welcome,

At lease it rules out any problems with the panel and more so the cable going to the device. A new panic will cost less than 10 Euro in most of the suppliers.
