Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a quick query about my built-in webcam on my new laptop.
There is no LED light on it to tell me when it's on.
I have heard horror stories about websites hacking into webcams and streaming people.
    Can this happen?
What can I do to be safe?
    Thanks in advance. :)

you could also just disable the driver in windows and enable when you need it.

It's unlikely that it would happen but if having a good internet security package would prevent it being done by malware. Once your protected from malware they would have to specifically target you for it to work and that's a lot less likely.

I think everyone fears this, but, what have you got to hide gaeilgebeo? ;)

As mentioned device manager will make your webcam alot more security. You can re-enable it when you need it.
