Billy Bald Balls is great. Bit overrated but great nonetheless.

See..I knew it.. he's totally overrated..
He's reasonably funny..not particularly insightful or intelligent..
If he didn't have that accent he'd be less funny..

    Meh..

But do you realise that he uses and hams up his accent for comedic affect? So if it’s funny because of the accent, that’s something he created.

Comedy is a very personal thing so if someone isn’t to someone’s taste, that’s fair enough. But for me Bill Burr probably is my favourite stand up comedian on the planet.

    .

Yeah, it's obvious he exaggerates the accent..I don't know if I'd consider that something to be applauded..Is Al porter funnier because he does the accent?.. anyway, I realize I'm probably in a minority..

I've never once thought it's Bill Burr's accent that makes him funny. Al Porter could use whatever accent he likes, it would literally make no difference - because his material sucks.

Bill is great. He's witty, his timing is fantastic, he's not afraid to make himself look like an idiot and he's deep enough too - he has this shouty persona, but he's a lot more thoughtful and open minded underneath that.

A lot of what he does is about exploring anger and prejudices, but not in a preachy way, more in a laughing at himself way - that's hard to do. I can take or leave about 99% of American comedians, but I've no issue with Bill. A top man

Bill Burr can be an absolute p*ick ,

I listened to him on Theo Von podcast and he was absolute wanker to Theo for no reason but to make himself feel good, Why would you go onto someone else Podcast to be an asshole makes zero sense to me ,

They where just shooting the breeze and any jokes Theo made Bill would act like he was above them and Theo was childish it was horrible ,Surely he knew what Theo's humour like before going on ,

Theo was in a positon where he didn't know what to say as he didn't want to upset a huge draw like Bill and maybe kill his own career

In saying that iv always liked him other than that , it was so weird ,

Im not a fan of Joe's comedy but I listen to his podcast depending who's on it, I find them a bit to long. I see the Twitter witch hunt is after Joe and Joey Diaz now

I got really excited for the Steve Schirripa and Michael Imperioli episode but would have preferred Michael Imperioli on his own or at least to have done more of the talking as Steve had already been on before. Michael seems like a really interesting guy a lot different from playing Christopher Moltesanti.

Loved the Ronnie Coleman one last week, such a surprise. Although he didn't seem as energetic or in the best of health these days so that was a bit sad to listen to.

Diaz said he made women blow him to get stage time. I'm not sure what you think the phrase witch hunt means

Oh god, this podcast is beyond comment.

How is it so ****ing popular?

A rude person might have some negative comments, but not this one. I know a few people who feel the need to imform me of each guest, summarise what they discussed and how they're now going to buy a boat and stop paying rent "like a mug".

God I really hope they follow through.

The trick is not to listen to Joe when he has a good friend on them it's nonsene,

I found ones of the latest one with, Bret Weinstein very good,

It's so popular because of the vast difference in the type of guest he has on, many podcasts are specialised to one main subject, Joe has people from every walk of life on, Sports stars, Comics, Moive star, scientists, Scholars, Hunters, it's why it's so popular

Nah it's all just right-wing bros who listen to it.

That's why Bret Weinstein and Neil DeGrasse Tyson and Bernie Sanders and Jon Stewart have gone on it.

    Kyle Kulinski
    Abby Martin

both repeat guests - im too lazy to list more but there are plenty! Almost all his comedy friends are left leaning, they just dont go into much politics!

Love the episode with Daryl Davis, really interesting

Me too, really courageous guy - although when you hear him in other videos his voice isn't as croakey as it was on the podcast and I was distracted by that a lot :pac:

Ben Shapiro is always good for a laugh

Some neuroscientist called Andrew Huberman could be interesting.

Dr. Bradley Garret of UCD on today. Haven't listened yet.

Quite how Ben is held up as some sort of pinnacle of conservative intellect I've frankly no idea. Always felt he was a lightweight, even before the infamous BBC interview.

Looking forward to finishing #1513 with Dr. Andrew Huberman, a neuroscientist and Professor in Stanford University. Been a long time since I've liked a guest but it's been a great listen.

Will check out this Dr. Brad Garret before getting into Post Malone, love his music and seen him live, have a feeling he might have a bit of a public face on for it.
