    Guys,

I bought a Humax Freesat HDR from you about two years ago and it operated perfectly up to last weekend when it stopped allowing me to programme recordings. While I was scanning through the epg to see what I'd like to record over the coming week, it gave me the message:
"Please wait while incoming signal is received".

There was nothing wrong with the signal on either tuner as I had 100% strength and quality on both and I was able to watch all channels with no problems. I was also able to record something that was on at the time but I just can't get it to record programmes in advance using the epg.

Any ideas whats wrong with this device which has performed flawlessly up to now?

    Thanks

    David

    Hi Dave.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Does the message eventually go away or does it stay on and you cannot use the box ?

Ie...does the box function normally, but the advanced recordings don't work ?

Sorry for replying late. I've since found out that a new software update was released which has unresolved bugs. The advice on the web is to roll back to the previous version of the software.

    Hi Dave.

I did hear about that, but keep us posted if all is O.K. after you roll it back.
