Switchover details have disappeared??

    Did an online switchover on the 18-04-11, got a confirmation email etc, when I rang today to chase it up they had no record of my 'attempted' transfer even though I gave them the reference number that was in the email and all other information they needed.

    Can someone please explain what has happened?

    Hi gtg60,

    Can you PM me your details so I can have a look at it? If you have a reference number and have already received a confirmation email the details should be there somewhere... It's a strange one alright, but as I said, PM me the details and I'll look after it.
