Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

thesis research- deaf teenagers

Wondering if anyone can help. I am a DCU Masters student doing my thesis on ‘Facebook and Deaf Communications’. The main idea behind it is looking at how Facebook is changing how teenagers who are deaf or hard-of-hearing can communicate with each other and with their hearing friends! I need to chat to around 8 deaf teenagers about their Facebook usage- either boys or girls! I'm finding it quite difficult to find people to chat to, anyone any ideas on how I could contact such people? I have already tried contacting different societies.
