Rich, Larkin, Kinsella and Kavanagh are definitely on the 2012 paper.

I can say that the Sylvia Plath question was really easy.

Yeah, it was something like Plath communicates strong feelings using thought-provoking imagery and symbols.

No, it was easier than that. I mean you didn't even have to write anything. THAT easy!

I like discussing my possibly biggest screw ups of the year aka learning 2 out of 8 poets.

I learned 4 poets, 3 well and one, meh... 2 came up: Rich and Kavanagh, almost screamed with excitement with Rich as she was one of my favourites and I could have done an essay on Kavanagh if need be,(didn't even read his question I was so excited for Rich).

Moral of the story is : Pleaney is a shly pair. Plath didn't come up cause she was off galavanting with Séamie to get back at Ted Hughes, the shly skunk....

I had Plath and Rich learnt off then the night before went over Boland. So I o had the 3 women covered so it were grand. I did have Heaney done in class but I didn't bother learning anything for him.

I just studied the female poets. Works every time.

Also hoped that Plath and Heaney wouldn't be on the paper, thinking Plath definitely wouldn't and Heaney probably would. Needless to say I was delighted when I looked at the poets, especially when Rich was my first choice. :D
