Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This is my third summer on the same farm so I thought myself and the boss got on fairly well. I work long hours - 8.30/9.00am until everything is done which is often 7.00/8.00pm. I always go over even at the shortest of notice. He pays me 50/60 euro a day which can sometimes mean 3/4 euro an hour.

A silage contractor hires in one of his tractors in so thats my main job, along with slurry and what ever else needs to be done. Now the main tractor is newish but by no means in good condition. Everything that I notice wrong with it I tell him immediately if I cant resolve it.

So today I was spreading slurry and had a blow out on the slurry tanker on the road with a full load. Needless to say the boss wasnt impressed, its going to cost approx. 600 euro for a new tire.

However, he makes out it was my fault. Now I have had a few little accidents over the years as to be expected but I cant really see how this is my fault and we sort of parted on bad terms this evening.

What should I do? Should I ask him for the money he owes me and leave it at that?
