    My PM's to the official rep of adverts.ie & my thread on the support forum have been ignored for 4 days, while he answered others queries.

    Is he just lazy or pig ignorant?

    Whatever issues you have don't justify personal abuse. There's also a good reason why there's a permanent announcement in Helpdesk telling you to take Adverts.ie issues to the Adverts.ie helpdesk.
