Monsoon n3 pump fault

Have a monsoon n3 pump in house. Turning on cold tap all is fine, turning on hot tap, it cuts in and out.Turning on both taps together and water flows fine out of both tape with no cutting in and out, but turning off cold again causes hot to cut in and out. Often the pump will not cut in at all for both taps. I checked flow switches with magnet and one on hot pipe cuts in and out as previous. I swapped flow switches around and there is no change so flow switches are fine.
Also pump sometimes cuts in intermittently when no taps are on.

Called pump supplier and they said it could be non-return valve, Any help appreciated
