Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Folks

Just to let you know, we are now running day time classes during the months of June July and August.

Muay thai classes are open to anyone of any gym, male or female it dont matter, beginners, thai fighters or MMA fighters than want to improve their stand up in a proper muay thai gym. Your all welcome.

Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am and cost €7, or €5 for women.

Also Private lessons going on as well during the summer fro anyone interested

Classes start wednesday 22nd June.

women are smaller and use up less oxygen so I thought it only fair to charge them less.... and they might come if its cheaper
