    Hi
    I found the nicest cookie recipe years ago on the siucra website but their website has vanished now and I cant remember the recipe :confused:.
    The only thing I do remember is that it didnt use caster sugar at all just golden brown sugar.
    Does anyone know what this recipe is?????
    Any help would be great thanks :)

    Ive got a great recipie for cookies that only uses the light golden brown sugar :) its on my blog
