    Hi folks,

    Thinking of moving out this way. Just wondering what the are is like - in terms of being quiet, any anti-social problems etc.?

    laurel lodge is very safe, no anti-social behaviour that i can see. very busy for traffic, castleknock trainstation very close, plenty of bus stops. pretty much a residential area, settled folk.

    24 hours tesco nearby ( roselawn shopping centre), but one of the worst tescos around if you ask me.

    Laurel Lodge is a very nice area. Very safe. There's no anti-social behaviour per se but there are a few "wannabe scumbags" who frequent the area. They don't hassle anyone but they do tend to loiter from time to time in front of the local shops.

    All in all though, it's one of the nicest areas in Castleknock.

    They do not just frequent, they live there.

    As is the same everywhere. Teenagers will be teenagers.
