I can actually see then from my front gate. They we stunning when they were first built but have gone very shabby looking now. If I ever won the euromillions I'd buy them all.

Just read this article, I logged into DM a few minutes ago and got a shock to see their headline story was about Stradbally , unfortunately not a positive one though.

It's gone very dilapidated in that estate, it's a pity to see, well the developer is to blame, it was crazy money for them!!
And the place the same guy built near Bridgie Terries, another white elephant :rolleyes:

It's a nice spot and that estate would have been class but even in the silly season of property they were much to expensive.

And if anyone who has driven to Dungarvan or Cork passing Lemybrien seen an unfinished garage on the left after it, that's another property of the developer who done the place near Bridgie Terries(was talks of it been a Bar/Nightclub) and them houses in Stradbally.

They look nice from Google Street View, but no way worth what they were asking for.

I reckon a thatch roof is a pain in the hole to live in though.

I still think they're tonnes prettier than the bullshirt Scandanavian style flats and maisonettes that proliferate around Dublin. Such a pity they were overpriced and undercherished.

And the developer holding out is a fool. He should sell them for whatever the market dictates. Each and everyday they fall into further ruin. The elements and vandals will see to that.
