    Not really sure if I can just post a question here or if its just for logs but couldnt really find anywhere else to ask so here goes. Was just wondering if anyone has any advice on the quickest or best way to tone up? I don't have much excess weight but have absolutely no muscle tone at all. I dont want to join a gym and just want to be able to work out at home and tighten up,especially my stomach where I have most of my fat. any advice is appreciated. Thanks

    bodyrock.tv is pretty good, you need hardly any equipment and its all over and done with in about 12minutes. Proper hardcore workouts though :) 4 of these a week with a good diet will have you in great shape!
