Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Folks. After last weekends travelling was a bit erm..... adventurous shall we say I'm wondering if there is a book available that has lists of caravan parks by county for both north and south Ireland...

Anyone know of such a thing?

    Cheers.

It all went pete tong on us last weekend.
Took a spin to athlone to the park that was there, whatevernameitis and didn't like it. My stupid smart phone told me the nearest one was in mullingar, so we went there and stayed the night. Headed off to slane and kells for the spin the following day and got no answer in slane farm hostel so we headed away from there.

Again, according to my stupid phone the nearest place was in Cavan so we headed up there and the feckin place was closed!!!!! so we went off to the nearest one again which was in lisnaskea, which was actually quiet nice...

Thinking if there's a book we can have in the van it'll make more sense and make life easier to plan etc....

I'm not sure the likes of Slane Farm are in it tbh - it's more the full on sites than the ones that have one or two spots.

For example, the inlaws stayed in a site in Mullingar that had a couple of pitches attached to a static caravan park - it isn't mentioned in the book either.

Do you have any info for this site. E.g. Map, GPS cords, or a Website. Anything
would be good to have for any one on here to add to their list of places to stay.

This Is the only Site that I could find in Mullingar.
