    Hi folks,

Hope you can help. I'm bringing a group of students from England to Dublin in February. We're staying at the Ballsbridge Inn. On the first night I'm looking for a restaurant that's cheap and cheerful that can accommodate a group of 30-40 people. Trying to keep costs to a minimum and also want it to be fast so that we can do a walking tour that night. Is there any place that you can recommend between Ballsbridge and the city that would be good.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

There are a few options in Ballsbridge that you might look at.
    Roast Restaurant: http://www.roast.ie/about/
    Al Boschetto http://www.menupages.ie/dublin/south_dublin/ballsbridge/al_boschetto.aspx
Chai Yo might be good, Teppenyaki for a group would be great craic! http://www.chaiyo.ie/

If you want it really cheap and cheerful, then it'll be tough to find that in Ballsbridge, but maybe Eddie Rockets might be an option (it's an American diner type of feel, that's still a little overpriced!).

There are many more options in town if you were to venture in.
