Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Nope. Doubt they'd just give that information out. It'd be like emailing Microsoft headquarters. You're better off "liking" them on FB then sending them a message that way.

    Nope not an idiot. I just tried to message them there. They also blocked people from posting to the pages wall. Hmm. Back to google methinks.

    You could try ringing the building they're situated in? I think it's on Hanover Quay. Hanover Reach is the name of it, sorry can't find anything else.
