BJJ Classes at SanoVitae IFSC

    Hi everyone,

    We're starting BJJ classes at SanoVitae IFSC.

    They will be held on Fridays from 7.00-8.30pm.

    The classes will be taught by BJJ brown belt Abnel Filho, who also teaches at Wild Geese MMA.

    The cost of the classes will be €45 for 6 classes, so it'll work out at only €7.50 a class.

    The 6 week courses will start on Friday July 1st at 7pm.

    To promote this, we're hosting a FREE BJJ Open Night at Sanovitae IFSC at Monday, June 27th at 8.15pm.

    Abnel will give a short BJJ demonstration, followed by him going through some simple drills with everyone there. The idea will be give those who takes part a good idea of what BJJ is like and what the training involves.

    Everyone is welcome, from absolute beginners to seasoned pros.
