Solicitor's fee for selling property

does anyone know what might be a reasonable percentage fee for a solicitor to charge on a property sale right now , i realise some people negotiate a flat fee but thats the the kind of deal on offer here thanks ps , this same solicitor is willing to handle the sale of a property im buying for free as part of the deal…
