    rent or buy?

A dehumidifier is a fridge essentially.

Similar components, but works in reverse, it freezes the air and the moisture is frozen to the plates and then in the next cycle, is de frosted and runs the water into a collecting tray or to a hose.

A cheap 10l domestic one will set you back maybe 120 - 150 quid

A 30litre dehumidifier that is used commonly domestically after floods or burst pipes etc will cost you 1000 quid..

..and then theres the industrial ones....

You can rent the 30l ones for 90 euro a week, it will remove a max of 30l of water from the air a day depending on the humidity etc
