On top of a hill, wont get planning for anything. €75k for farm land worth about €15k.

I was thinking it had to be something like that.

    Cheers!

The few plots along the stretch of road it's on either lie empty or are home to a pair of horses. So if you want to keep your own horses or can rent it for a few grand it could be worth it to you. But as the other poster said there definitely won't be any building going on. A friend of mine suggested it'd be great to buy it and stick a mobile home on it as a getaway home for the weekends.

You'd need planning permision to put a mobile home tere, PP which could get turned down. The buildings to the top right, and the bottom would probably go ainast any PP sought there.

Put it this way: if you could get PP easily, why hasn't the current owner done so already?
