Gaming nights

Was wondering if there is any gaming weekend nights set up on the site?

It might be fun to organise a couple of games of a voted upon game each weekend for a few hours.

Not a bad idea, but the only thing I can see stopping it would be the lack of commitment. I don't mean that in a bad way to the xbox community here. But it is a small community and would need a good few people to be on at the same time, which might not be as easy as it sounds. Go for it though. Im off xbox for the next while though.

Well the ps3 guys have theirs going pretty sucessfully I think.

This is exactly why the xbox community here formed the IRL Clan as a spin off from Boards.

There's members playing every night.

thats what we mostly play. but we are in no way limited to them


someone may come along and ask to play RDR one night for example.
and a few of us that have it if we are in the mood will join in.

No our forums are for members only, anyone can talk, organise games with us on the thread on boards.

As for just playing bc and cod, lately I've been playing hawx 2, magic the gathering 2012 and what not, one the lads is playing portal 2.

OK Heres a link to a google doc.

Add your gamertag.

Enter 1 if you have the game.

Enter 0 if you don't have the game.

Add new games to the bottom of the list if they are not already there.

Check Back Every so often to see if new games have been added.

As people add games etc, the total column will show us which games most people have. And it'll make organizing nights easier.

If anyone wants explicit access to it let me know (that way your name will show up and not "Anonymous user xxx")

I like this idea.
I've filled in the spreadsheet and added 1 game(I'll add more when I remember/get home and check)

I'm on live fairly randomly but if something was organised I'd make an effort to show up.

yep still accepting members we dont really refuse anyone unless its a screaming kid or the like.

Cool. that's a great idea, I just have the google chat thingy. Web based mail is blocked at work, but Doc's aint, nice little system ye got going there.

Cheers for filling that out everyone.

Currently we have 18 Gamertags and their respective games. Although there have been games added to the list since some people filled it out, so everyone please have a look at the list again.

Now what nights is everyone available to game on?

I've added a second sheet to the document. With a list of the days of the week. If youre available on a certain day, just increase the number beside it by 1.

To get to the second sheet of the document, click the Tab at the bottom labeled "Days Available".

I won't be adding to the nights tab as its quite random as to when I'm available. Generally if I'm online I'm up for some games. Just drop me a message.

Same, it can usually pretty random when I can be on because of work but usually weekends and start of the week.
