I would advise you to give this hotel the opportunity to reply to your correspondence before you go bad-mouthing them on the Internet.

While you did not name the business explicitly, you gave enough hints to make it instantly identifiable.

Threads started just to bad-mouth businesses in this way are considered defamatory, and thus are not really welcome here.

In short, try to resolve this issue with the hotel. Nobody here is going to be able to fix your issue for you.
