Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Say hypothetically, my friend's got a ring stuck on her finger. How would you get it off? It's swollen as fcuk.

Note: Cutting finger off or fapping not an option here (I learnt that the hard way in another incident ;))

    Seriously though, help please :(

Lube/oil/butter the finger up and point your fingers straight up.

I suggest not getting yourself into a situation where have you stick your finger up there without any lub. It could damage the tissue around your rectum. Also, you should wash your fingers afterward.

The butter gives a rash though, the lube aint doing much either. And now it looks swollen

Cold water for a minute - then apply slight bit of butter/grease or oil/baby oil is good.

Then using thumb and third finger (of other hand), hold gently on to the RING (at the sides).
Using the finger(s) between the thumb and other holding finger, gently nudge the ring forward to you at the top (or nudge the sides) using same fingers to GENTLY push the skin slowly back, (while holding STEADY the ring) then try at the base a bit (or the other side), then at the top again (or first side again), then at the bottom (other side now)... you get the picture...

Take it slowly and gently and it should prise off. The trick is to slowly steadily pull the skin back and under the ring from behind the finger - not try and pull the ring forwards and off over the skin in front of it.

Or just watch this for alternative method:

If it's irritated don't put anything else on it for a while, just ice. Then when it's better use some shower gel or baby oil if you have it.

I don't know why people are suggesting to use oil or dairy based lubricants. Surely water based lubricants are better.

I've got visions of a hospitalised woman in a coma and an opportunist jewel thief standing over her shifty-eyed, and wondering whether he's going to get caught:eek:.

I had the same problem with the missus's ring a couple of years ago, swelling was so bad I ended up using wire cutters! :(

That video has the idea of taping down the swelling, wish I'd tried that.

Because I'm a Jeweller but don't want to be accused of promoting my business. The same reason i offered to take it off for free.

I just need this sorted before Cill Dara's thread is back on.
Maybe I should give this fcuckin ring to EssoGirl after

When I'm having trouble getting a ring off, I find the trick is to let it sit for a minute without touching it, so that it's there long enough for the ring to expand due to heat from your finger, and untouched long enough that your finger isn't swollen from friction, and then pull it up to your knuckle, at which point it usually gets stuck from the skin on your knuckle getting pushed up. While holding the ring as far up as you can, ease the skin downwards under the ring, so you're essentially moving your skin rather than moving the ring. So you're firmly stroking the section of the finger that's below the ring. Sounds gross, but it works for me.

It really wouldn't be hard to make sexual innuendos about nearly every sentence I've written.

cant go wrong with butter I've threaded steel pipe with the stuff it will shift anything!
put your hand in hot water for a bit let the ring expand first

Sorry, but this situation doesn't involve fingers in an anus or rings in anus but I'll get right onto you if that happens :pac:

metal expands with heat and contracts with the cold, your hand not so much either way but dont put it in cold water if you want it off it makes no sense to me anyway

You're going to need some serious heat to make any noticable expansion there, as it is the heat will swell up the finger even more.

Yep, the cold water would act quicker too (in opposition to the speed of introducing heat and its effect) in bringing any swelling down.

In A and E apparantly. They said that he fell over and onto some girl's finger. What are the chances, eh?
